Nicole Ladner is an associate with Lunny MacInnes Law Corporation and a member of the firm’s Litigation department. Ms. Ladner graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in International Business in 1999.  Ms. Ladner received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2005.  Thereafter, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Federal Court of Canada in Ottawa and after completing her clerkship was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2007. Ms. Ladner currently practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and regulatory law. Ms. Ladner also has experience in insurance law and wrongful dismissal claims. Ms. Ladner is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
